We are a small team of resident volunteers from the Parklands Estate who are passionate about building a community on the estate and making it a great place to live.

Natalie Walton
Chair
Natalie has lived on the Estate in Cedar Apartments since 2010. She loves living here and enjoys organising social events on site. Natalie is a keen gardener; she has an allotment not far from the Parklands Estate where she grows herbs and vegetables. She’s also mum to Parklands’ favourite chihuahua, Alfie!
Traci-Ann Shepherd
Secretary
Traci-Ann has lived on the Estate in Parklands Manor since 2020. She is an Occupational Therapist and particularly interested in the history of the Estate due to the links between the origins of the profession and mental health rehabilitation. She loves photography so you are likely to see her at events snapping away. As the author of this website she is always grateful for feedback on how the site can be improved. Traci-Ann hopes to meet you soon!

Richard lives adjacent to Parklands and is looking forward to advising members on planting and developing the green areas of the Estate. Richard also leads our amazing grounds team from Great Grounds & Gardens along with Jeff.

Jeff can’t wait to share his knowledge with members so we can encourage birds, insects and hedgehogs to live and thrive on the Estate. Jeff also leads our amazing grounds team from Great Grounds & Gardens along with Richard.
Alfie Walton
Honorary Committee Member
Alfie is a 7-year-old chihuahua, who wants everyone to know that he is a very good boy! He can often be seen walking around the Parklands Estate with his mum, Natalie. If you see him, please stop to say hello as he loves to make new friends! He also likes treaties!
