MEMBERSHIP: Join the Parklands Estate Residents’ Association today!

Who can become a member?

If you live on the estate then you can become a member, it’s as simple as that! It does not matter if you rent, own or lease your property; if you live on Parklands Estate then you can join the Residents’ Association.

What will my membership give me?

1. The ability (for shareholders) to influence decisions about how the service charge is spent and how the grounds/common areas are managed without having to join the board of directors.
2. The ability to make decisions about how we use the available outdoor space on the Parklands Estate, including the chance to get involved in shaping the grounds with our expert grounds maintenance company: Richard & Jeff from Great Grounds & Gardens can’t wait to get you involved.
3. Four newsletters per year by email (on paper by special request) with updates and information about the estate.
4. Four meetings per year on site to provide updates and opportunities to plan events and share ideas about how to improve the estate.
5. An email address that you can contact any time with ideas, questions and concerns that will be responded to within 7 days (maximum).
6. A dedicated website with information, updates and blog posts; it will be a central point for all things Parklands!
7. You will be part of a group of like-minded people who will support your ideas to bring the community on the estate together.
8. A direct link with James Livesey-Clarke (property manager), Inspired Property Management and the Parklands Board of Directors to ensure we are all working together to make the Estate the best it can be.
9. A collective voice to enable us to lobby the local council and other services that affect life on our estate.
10. Support to arrange/organise social and other events on site to bring the community together.

Become a member of the Parklands Estate Residents’ Association today! There will be no membership fee for the rest of 2022.  

From 1st January 2023, the membership fee will be:

• Households: £5/year (inc. all adults & children Iiving in the property)
• Single adult households: £2.50/year (inc. children also living in the property)
