Welcome to the Parklands Estate Residents’ Association, Wakefield.

The Residents’ Association was founded in February 2022 by Natalie and Traci-Ann, two residents of Parklands, who wanted to build a community on the Estate and make it a great place to live! We are a non-profit-making, non-religious, non-political, inclusive organisation the represents the interests of everyone living on and around the Parklands Estate.



The aims of the Parklands Estate Residents’ Association are:

  • To make Parklands Estate a great place to live by promoting and encouraging community spirit.
  • To promote the interests of all residents of Parklands Estate, giving a collective voice in decision-making relating to the estate.
  • To forge strong links with the local community for the benefit of all residents living on and around Parklands Estate. 


The Residents’ Association committee members are:

  • Secretary: Traci-Ann Shepherd
  • Treasurer: Simon Hughes
  • Committee Advisor: planting & gardening: Richard (Great Grounds & Gardens)
  • Committee Advisor: wildlife & trees: Jeff (Great Grounds & Gardens)
